This small pink toned Mason's 'Fruit Basket' pattern ironstone jug is hugely decorative. The pattern extends in the inside of the rim and the handle is hand painted - Note how the fruit is tipped out of the basket on this jug - a contrast to the larger jug of a similar style ... A great piece to add to a collection, lovely as a posy vase! This jug is on the right of the image - the two others are listed separately
Dimensions: Smaller sized: height 14cm, 13cm at the widest point, diameter at rim 7.5cm. Maker's mark on base and hand-painted detailing on handle. Crazed glaze in keeping with age. There is one tiny chip on the rim - barely noticeable on the white.
